Aidentified Quick Start Guide

Five steps to unlock relationship mapping, wealth intelligence, and opportunity alerts. Complete them in order to get the most out of your trial.

Start Here
Step 1: Import your LinkedIn Connections

Your LinkedIn network is the foundation of everything in Aidentified. Importing it unlocks relationship mapping, surfaces warm introduction paths, and populates your 1st and 2nd degree network across 210M+ profiles.

  1. On LinkedIn, go to Settings & Privacy → Data privacy → Get a copy of your data
  2. Select "Download larger data archive" (includes connections) and click Request archive
  3. Wait 10–15 minutes for LinkedIn to email you a ZIP file
  4. In Aidentified, navigate to Import & Export and click the LinkedIn icon
  5. Drag and drop (or upload) the ZIP labeled "Basic LinkedIn Data Export"
  6. Click Import Connections — your network will appear in Prospect Finder under Your Network

Pro tip: Re-import your LinkedIn connections every few months to keep your network fresh. The more connections you import, the more relationship paths Aidentified can surface.

Chrome Only
Step 2: Download Sidecar

Sidecar is a free Chrome extension that brings Aidentified's intelligence directly to your browser. While you research prospects on LinkedIn or any company website, Sidecar surfaces wealth data, household context, and relationship paths — without switching tabs.

  1. Open the Chrome Web Store and search for "Aidentified Sidecar"

  2. Click Add to Chrome, then Add extension

  3. Sign in with your Aidentified credentials when prompted

  4. Browse to any LinkedIn profile or company webpage

  5. Click the Aidentified Sidecar icon in your toolbar to see the condensed view

  6. Use the building icon for company details, the person icon for an individual view, and the people icon for relationship paths

Pro tip: Sidecar works on standard LinkedIn profile pages but not LinkedIn Sales Navigator pages. Use it during your normal browsing to surface enriched context on anyone you look up.

Core Feature
Step 3: Build lists with Prospect Finder

  1. Prospect Finder lets you build hyper-targeted lists using 200+ filters — job title, wealth segment, industry, location, interests, education, and more. Every result shows your warmest introduction path so you know how to get in the door.

  2. Navigate to the Prospect Finder tab in the app

  3. Apply filters to define your ideal prospect profile (title, location, wealth segment, etc.)

  4. Toggle between Your Network 1st, Get Introduced 2nd, and Everyone to prioritize warm leads

  5. Save your search using the Save this Search dropdown — saved searches power future trigger alerts

  6. Export your list to XLSX or your CRM using the export options

Pro tip: Saving a search does more than bookmark it — saved searches are what Aidentified monitors to send you automated trigger alerts when a prospect hits a wealth event.

High Value
Step 4: Leverage Wealth Triggers

Wealth Triggers are buying signals — real events in a prospect's financial life that signal they may need your services right now. Aidentified tracks 16+ trigger types including job changes, IPOs, insider stock transactions, acquisitions, investments received, and property listings.

  1. In Prospect Finder, add Triggers as a filter to surface people who recently experienced a wealth event

  2. Click the blue info icon next to Triggers for definitions of each event type

  3. Open your Saved Searches and enable email alerts to receive daily notifications when new trigger events occur

  4. Check your inbox each morning — daily alerts highlight people in or near your network with recent wealth events

  5. Use trigger context to personalize outreach: reference the specific event when reaching out

Pro tip: The best outreach references the trigger directly — "I saw your company just received a funding round" converts far better than a cold introduction. Timing is the advantage.

Daily Habit
Step 5: Spot Prospects with the Opportunities Feed

  1. The Opportunity Feed (Dashboard) is your daily starting point — a proactive view of people highly connected to your prospects who have recently experienced wealth events. It surfaces the most timely, warm opportunities without requiring you to run new searches.

  2. Open the Dashboard tab to see your Opportunity Feed

  3. The feed is personalized based on the Saved Searches you've created in step 3

  4. Review flagged individuals who are connected to your network and recently had a life or wealth event

  5. Click any profile to view full details, relationship paths, and contact information

  6. Add promising prospects to Favorites (tag from any profile or list) for easy follow-up

  7. Check the feed daily — it refreshes with new trigger events every 24 hours

Pro tip: The Opportunity Feed only gets smarter as you refine your Saved Searches. The more specific your saved searches are, the more targeted and actionable your daily feed will be.
