How do I exclude profiles I have previously exported from new searches?

To exclude profiles you have previously exported when conducting a new search in Prospect Finder, apply the Suppress tag.

  1. In Prospect Finder, apply the Previously Exported Profiles filter to view your previously exported profiles.

  2. Using the check box in the leftmost column, select your previously exported profiles.

  3. Click Add Tags (top right above search results table), check the Suppress box and click Add to profiles.

Once the Suppress Tag is applied, the profiles will be excluded from search results, filters, daily opportunities and email exports.
