# Integrating Aidentified with CRM Platforms

### Available CRM Integrations

- HubSpot
- Salesforce
- Lofty
- Redtail

If you use one of these four CRMs, you can integrate it with Aidentified. Here’s how to connect:

### Steps to Integrate Your CRM with Aidentified

1. Navigate to the Export section within the **Import and Export** tab of Aidentified.
2. Click on the CRM you wish to connect with.
3. Follow the steps provided for each CRM:

- **HubSpot, Lofty, and Redtail:** Enter your username and password.
- **Salesforce:** Ensure your Salesforce admin is aware of the necessary setup permissions within their admin account. These permission steps are listed in the Aidentified app after selecting Salesforce.

**Important Note**

Aidentified's integrations are a one-way integration. You can export prospects from the platform to your CRM, but you cannot import prospects from your CRM into Aidentified.
