When will my imported contacts show up in Aidentified?

After importing your contacts, it may take 30 minutes to 5 hours for them to appear in your account. If it’s been longer than 5 hours and your contacts still haven’t populated, please submit a support ticket or reach out to us via chat—our team will be happy to assist.
