In this guide, we'll walk you through the process of saving searches and setting up triggers.
Create a Filtered Search: Once you have created a filtered search within the Prospect Finder, you can save it within your Aidentified account.
Save the Search: Head to the top of the page and select Save This Search. Next, select Save As New Search.
Title Your Search: Title your search based on the filters used while creating it, so that it is easily identifiable afterwards.
Apply to Daily Email Alerts: Underneath where you title a search, there is a box that says Notification Settings. This box will automatically be checked on. By leaving this box checked on and saving your search, you will receive trigger alerts for this group of people moving forward.
Receive Daily Emails: Every day, you will receive one email called My Opportunities. This email will contain all of the trigger alerts for you, based on all of the filtered searches you've created and saved.
Send Separate Email Alerts: If a search you are saving is of priority to you, and you'd like to segment these people out from the general opportunity email that you'll receive daily, you can select the button that says Send a separate email for this saved search.
Select Specific Triggers: Prior to finalizing your search, you have the opportunity within the Trigger section to select specific triggers you'd like to receive. For example, if you are only interested in company acquisitions, you can choose that here.
Save the Search: Save your search. We recommend starting by saving between three and five different filtered lists, so that you can start receiving trigger alerts for all of the various groups of people that you're interested in prospecting into.
Manage Saved Searches: All saved searches will live within the Save Searches tab. You can select a search and edit it accordingly, including adding or removing specific triggers.
View Trigger Alerts: As trigger alerts begin to come in, they will also present themselves within the Dashboard, underneath the New Wealth Trigger Events section. You can see trigger alerts based on trigger type or date, and prioritize your outreach accordingly.
