Checking Your Credit Balance
To check your existing credit balance:
Navigate to the top right corner of your account.
Select Settings.
Click on Credits.
Using Credits in Aidentified Accounts
Starter & Premium Subscription Plans
Credits are used when you open an Aidentified profile.
One credit is deducted for each profile opened.
Access to all wealth and income segments and wealth trigger data is available
Enterprise Subscription Plan
Credits are only used during the export process.
Credits are not used when opening profiles, unlike Professional or Premium accounts.
Exporting Prospects
To export prospects from the Aidentified platform:
Go to the Prospect Finder.
Select Export All.
Title your export as desired.
Choose the datapoints you want in the exported file.
Note: In Starter or Premium Subscription Plan accounts, exporting profiles that are not yet unlocked will use credits. For profiles already unlocked, no credits are used during export. In Enterprise accounts, credits are only used during export.
Important
Some columns in exports may be hidden due to their amount of or lack of data. To expand all hidden columns in excel, cmd-a/ctrl-a to select all cells, right click on the tiny gray bar between columns, select “unhide.”
