If you use one of these four CRMs, you can integrate it with Aidentified. Here’s how to connect:
Steps to Integrate Your CRM with Aidentified
Navigate to the Export section within the Import and Export tab of Aidentified.
Click on the CRM you wish to connect with.
Follow the steps provided for each CRM:
HubSpot, Lofty, and Redtail: Enter your username and password.
Salesforce: Ensure your Salesforce admin is aware of the necessary setup permissions within their admin account. These permission steps are listed in the Aidentified app after selecting Salesforce.
Important Note
Aidentified's integrations are a one-way integration. You can export prospects from the platform to your CRM, but you cannot import prospects from your CRM into Aidentified.
