Creating Teams in Aidentified

Benefits of an Aidentified Team

  • Utilize teammates as introduction sources.
  • Access first-degree connections imported from LinkedIn or CSV files.
  • Share CSV imports with team members across accounts.
  • View files imported by your team members.

Steps to Create a Team

  1. Contact Aidentified Support: You cannot create an Aidentified team on your own. Please email Aidentified Support to have a team created for you: support@aidentified.com
  2. Access Team Members: Once your team is created, go to the left-hand side of the Prospect Finder and select the tab titled "Team Members" to view your team.
  3. Explore Team Networks: Click on a team member's name to see their 1st degree network.

Sharing CSV Imports With Your Teammates

  1. During CSV Import: Find the "Team Options" section under the "Extra Options" drop-down.
  2. Select Your Team: If you want your colleagues to access your imported file within their account, select your team.
  3. View Shared Files: Access shared files in the "Import Source" tab on the left-hand side of the Prospect Finder, under "Shared CSV Files."
  4. Identify Contributors: Here, you can also see the name of the colleague who provided each import.
