What are credits and how are they used?

Credits are required to view profiles in Prospect Finder and to export data. Understanding how credits are allocated and consumed will help you get the most out of your plan.

Credits included as part of a subscription plan are valid for the length of the subscription term. Unused credits do not roll over to the next term.

Each time a profile is viewed in Prospect Finder or exported, it is considered unlocked. Once unlocked, that profile remains available for unlimited viewing and can be accessed via exports and integrations at any time for all active subscriptions.

For All Plans

One credit unlocks a profile and includes:

  • Viewing and access to the profile
  • Prospect’s contact information (available phones and emails)
  • Ability to export and sync the profile with your available integrations
  • Property value and ownership information
  • Property listings information and statuses
  • Wealth and Income information

FAQ’s

Q:  When can I upgrade my plan?
A:  Subscription upgrades are accepted any time.

Q: If I downgrade, what happens to my credits?
A:  Downgrades may only be made during the last 30 days of your contract term, and will be effective for the next term.  Credits that are included in a subscription plan do not roll over. Purchases of Additional Credits (add on, outside of subscription) are valid for as long as there is a valid subscription, and my roll over term to term.

Q:  Can I cancel or downgrade at any time?
A:  You may cancel or downgrade your subscription during the last 30 days of your contract term. See our Cancellation Policy for more info

Q:  When I use my credits to purchase a profile, is an additional credit used to export that profile?
A:  No, once you have purchased a profile you may export at no additional charge.  Profiles you have purchased may be exported more than once. 

Q:  How often do credits included in my plan refresh?
A:  Credits that are included as part of your subscription plan reset at the start of each new subscription period. Plan credits do not roll over between contract terms. 

Q:  Can I purchase additional credits?
A:  Yes, you may purchase additional credits.  To purchase additional credits, go to Settings > Credits. Under your credit balance, choose a package from the dropdown—the price is shown next to each option—and complete your purchase.
