Credits that are included as part of your subscription plan reset at the start of each new subscription period. The credits included in your plan apply to your entire subscription term, not on a monthly basis. Plan credits do not roll over between contract terms.
Credit allotments and refresh timing vary by plan:
- Starter Plan: 125 credits per month. Credits refresh each month, at the start of the new subscription term.
- Premium Plan: 5,000 credits per year. Credits refresh each year, at the start of the new subscription term.
- Premium Unlimited / Enterprise Plans: Credits refresh at the start of each new subscription term, as specified in your agreement.
