Tags allow you to categorize and segment your prospects and clients within Aidentified. Here are examples of ways you could use tags:
- If you call 20 prospects from one of your saved searches today, you can add a tag like “Contacted on 6/30” to each of those records. This makes it easy to track who you’ve already reached out to and quickly filter those contacts later.
- If a prospect is on a Do Not Contact list or you determine they’re not a good fit, you can apply the “Suppress” tag. This ensures they’re excluded from your current and future searches, helping you focus only on the most relevant prospects.
- If you have contacts you want to revisit, create a tag like “Follow Up”. This way, you’ll have a clear list of people to reconnect with and can quickly pull them up when it’s time to reach out.
